释义	relative accuracy 相对精度 Error in relative accuracy is the difference between the nominal and actual ratios to full scale of the analog value corresponding to a given digital input, independent of the full scale calibration. This error is a function of the linearity of the converter and is usually specified at less than ±1/2 LSB. 相对精度误差是指额定值和实际值与对应于某个给定的数字输入量的模拟值的满标度之比的差，它与满标度的标定无关。这种误差是转换器的一个线性函数，其绝对值通常小于最低有效位的二分之一 (即±1/2 LSB)。
