A digital graphic encoding technique. In the coding, there are two sequences of recording pixels. One is used to record the difference-value between the start points of the current line run length and the last run length; and the other records the difference between the run lengths of the current line and the last line. This coding technique can compress the storaged data and is quite efficient for the graph with large blocks of black area.
