In packet switching, a service that routes a datagram to the destination identified in its address field without reference by the network to any other datagram.
包交换中的一项业务,将一数据报传送到其地址字段所确定的目的地,而无需由网络去查 询任何其它的数据报。 Note: Datagrams may be delivered to a destination in a different order from that in which they were entered in the network.
