A kind of software that permits the user to examine, search,change, insert breakpoint instructions, and stop／trace his program at the symbolic level. Debugging Package permits the use of literals in the same manner as the assembler. It can load both absolute and relocatable assembler-produced files. Its command language is geared to rapid interactive operations by the on-line user (in some systems).
